a 12-step program, designed to rid Cub fans of the pain associated with their obsessive
behavior in yearning for a winner.
Started
by Ed "C" (Cubs Fan), a 50-year follower of the Chicago Cubs, Cubs
AnonymousÔ offers memberships to individuals who
can't seem to shake the habit.
"All
Cubs fans have their unique tales of woe that turn into aggravation
and a lot of time and energy being wasted on waiting for a Win,"
states Ed. "Cubs AnonymousÔ
is a fun take on weaning die-hard Cubs fans from the frustrations
they have in common."
For
a $25 fee, members receive a Cubs Anonymous Membership Kit that includes
'12 Steps to Happiness', a Cubs Anonymous T-shirt, baseball cap, bumper
sticker, decal, pin and membership card.
